Hey, just a little about me!
I studied Business Technology Management (BTM) at Ryerson University and worked as an IT Coordinator after graduating. It was through this position that I slowly gained an interest in UX Design. During my time as an IT Coordinator, I had worked on a few major projects such as a menu redesign, loyalty app and self-serve kiosks with a cross-functional team from different companies. These experiences exposed and led me towards the world of UX, where I continued to gain interest in creating and improving experiences for the user.
This interest and passion accumulated to a point where I decided to make a career transition into UX. Through this transition, I hope to make a difference and have an impact on a user's experience. I strive to bring value and create connections between a product and its user.
